With more than 20 years of experience working in and around major IT programs, Simon brings both a technical IT skill set and a managerial overlay to each of the programs of work he undertakes.

As a Senior Program Manager, most recently at Asciano and before that at Toll Transport and Logistics, Simon worked to perfect his pragmatic approach by driving the business and program teams alike through each phase of two highly complex programs of work, one a migration to the cloud and the latter the implementation of an intricate supply chain management system.

His proactive and methodological outlook not only ensures that each program competency performs to the highest levels but also ensures the forging of a program management process legacy, which can later be adopted and integrated into each company’s PMO.

Programs need a strong guide not only to ensure delivery on time and within budget but also to maintain the very highest levels of quality.
