With a proven track record of achievement spanning more than 20 years in the areas of large-scale program management, contract management and commercial negotiations, Michael is a renowned leader in the program management field.

Prior to creating Certus3, Michael was the Managing Partner of the ANZ Distribution and Industrial Sector for IBM’s Global Business Consulting Services, which left him with a valuable understanding of how large IT and consulting organisations operate.

Michael has held significant roles in the Australian Air Force, BHP and IBM, giving him a rich and varied experience of large scale IT, engineering and construction programs. 

Michael specialises in program governance, program establishment, executive stakeholder management, supplier selection, supplier management and dispute management.
