Amanda Crawford is a Change Manager and member of the Certus3 Business Transition team.
Amanda has worked with businesses across the private and public sectors, including the financial services and IT industries, to help them prepare for and implement large-scale change.
As a Certus3 Change Manager, Amanda focuses on the people side of projects, including changes to business processes and systems, and organisation structures. She also supports communications and training activities, providing tailored solutions for each project’s unique needs.
Amanda is a strong advocate of the Certus3 approach to change management, which draws on best practice methodologies coupled with empathy and open communication. Together with program leads across Certus3, the Business Transition team works to produce the best possible change outcomes for businesses.
